We currently live in an urban/HCOL area. We're staying in state, but moving to a rural/LCOL area when we FIRE. I've been looking into health plans on the exchange, and they are much more limited there than they are where we currently live. If I find a plan I like better based on my current address, can I buy health insurance within the same state, just not in the county in which I reside? I realize I'd likely have to travel further for doctor's appointments, but I'd be OK staying with my current doctors for the 2x a year I see them. In the hopefully-unlikely-event I develop a serious medical condition, I would likely look for care in that area anyway (great hospitals/doctors). I can't find any info on this, just answers to the question about buying across state lines. Thanks!
