Someone is asking $250 for this locally:

I'd like a Bike Trailer for groceries & kid. Do you think it's a good deal, or is it still overpriced even at half-off? I'm wondering if a $100 carrier would do the job just as well?

The older model D'lite's go for $200 or less around here, some as low as $100, and work just as well. $250 is probably about right for one of the new ones.

Newer and in like-New condition, that is a good price.
This time of year, it's hard to find used carriers for super cheap.
I bought mine late in fall and scored a well-loved Burley for $65.
Main advantage of the higher end trailers is a solid chassis versus canvas. The hubs are also higher quality.

Walmart special is closer to $100 :)
Ours has lasted us through 8 years and untold children (we fostered)

Thanks everyone! It looks like it isn't the latest model. The frame bar runs along the outside of the wheels, while it looks like the newer version isn't build that way. Maybe I should keep my eyes out and wait until Fall. Planning ahead and taking advantage of off-season deals usually pays off.

Or offer them less money and see if they accept.
