Title: Billboard Space as Passive Income
Post by: Anus Hurricane on December 14, 2014, 03:13:36 PM
Any tried to buy space on a billboard?  How passive is that income?  Likely it is competitive, I see some websites hawking square footage around the nation.

Is there a list of passive income/assets somewhere on the boards?

Assets be the ultimate gifts, methinketh.  Since Consumermas is approaching, perhaps a few square feet on a billboard would be advisable?

Renting billboard space is only lucrative for one party: the one selling the advertising, not the one who owns the billboard on their land.

This is how Ted Turner built his fortune.

Unless you wanted to lease billboards from their owners and then sell the advertising space to companies. Then you will make a righteous fortune, but not really very passive income.
