Title: Bike Bag/Case for Flying
Post by: SpaceCow on September 30, 2019, 10:44:06 AM
I'm going out of town for a couple of weeks for work and will need to bring a bike with me to sustain my cycling addiction. My first thought was to borrow/rent a case from someone nearby, but I haven't yet found anyone in my cycling club that's willing to lend me their case. Does anyone have any recommendation for a bike travel case? Someone near me has a Serfas bike case (linked below) for $230 used, is that a decent deal?

I like the hard cases, and bought one of these Tricos used for $120 a few years ago. Keep an eye on Craigslist for them. The Serfas one looks good too, but check online and see how much they usually go for used.
