Anybody have any favorites? Mostly looking to periodically tidy up this mop I've got going on.

You don't need to spend a lot on clippers to get them to last forever.
Just take decent care of them and they'll keep going.
My biggest advice, if you really want them to last, is to go for something corded instead of battery powered. Wahl is a favorite brand of many around here (I have some that are getting close to 25 years old and still going strong).

Perfect, thanks!

I bought this Wahl clipper set (https://amzn.to/2kY6pN6) about five years ago. I've done all my haircuts and beard trimming and all of my son's haircuts with it since then. It's still going strong. Even if I do need to replace it, it's only $20. I could buy a new one every other haircut and still come out ahead compared to going to a barber.

Agree with those above that maintenance is key over price. I have buzzed my hair every three days with a set of conair clippers I purchased at target 12 years ago for $14.99. Still going strong and never had any issues.

We REAALLLLY like the Remington Titanium Vacuum trimmer, because it catches about 90-95% of the hair. You have to empty it into the garbage can about 2-3 times per haircut so that the vacuum suction can continue, but it's way less work than sweeping up hair all over the place. We've bought 3 other Wahl, Remington, and other brand clippers before this, and I'll never own another one that doesn't vacuum. It's that good. But maybe other people don't mind sweeping up the mess like I do :)

There is also a cordless model, but I haven't used it

Good to know to keep up the maintenance. Didn't really know there was any maintensnce on these, but the wahl kit I just bought has its own oil, so that's nice and easy.
The vacuum model sounds nice, but I normally let my hair get pretty long between cuts. It didn't look like it is really built to handle 3+ inch strands.

A vacuum does sound like a nice idea. As is, I end up taking a shower immediately after a haircut because my neck and back end up covered in hair. It's not a real big deal though.
