Title: Best vehicle for a family with three kids?
Post by: Lski'stash on September 02, 2017, 02:49:18 PM
I am asking for a family member. I can name a few cars for a family of four or less, but adding that fifth seems to make things a bit harder...

What cars do you think are best in the $10K-ish (or below, of course) price range for a family of five? All of the kids are in car seats still. There's a four year old, two year old, and one year old.

Yikes, that's tough. We tried to make our Honda Accord work with an infant seat and two diono radians but failed. It did not feel secure or safe. So we went with a used mini van. I can readily recommend the Honda Odyssey and I also hear good things about Toyota Sienna too.

I think you're in used minivan territory.
