I have a few trips coming up and I'd like to get some rewards to help pay for my tickets. I got the CIBC aventura card a few months ago, which covered most of my trip this winter to see my family for christmas. Now I want to get a good welcome bonus to cover my trip to my sister's convocation in May.
I would like a card that:
1 - good welcome bonus (most of a domestic flight would be great)
2 - no annual fee or waived the first year
3 - personal income of 40k qualifies
4 - not too high of a monthly spend to get bonus (I normally spend 700/month but could bump it up if needed by buying gift cards)
Any ideas? My credit score is 800 so I should qualify for most cards, but I don't meet the minimum income requirement for some, and many have an annual fee that offsets the real value for me. Thanks!
