Best CC for sign up bonus + 0% APR? Referrals Welcome
« on: June 26, 2019, 11:39:51 AM »
I have a whole host of expenses for an upcoming move across the country and am hoping to make the most of such expenses via a credit card sign up with a decent bonus and a 0% apr offer. I have found all sorts of generous sign-up bonuses but not many that also have a 0% apr.
The latter is important so I don't have to drain the EF on all things related to moving and buying replacement stuff in the new place.
Would love to hear any recommendations that yall have and would rather that someone on here get a referral bonus than it going to waste.

It's one or the other. There are some $300 0% offers out there (with business cards) but there's not gonna be a $500 0% offer.

Edit: I stand corrected. (See next post.)

Some people use Biz cards for personal spend. Some people don't feel comfortable.

If you don't feel comfrotable doing that, the Chase Freedom offers $150 bonus for $500 spend in the first three months. Also 15 months at 0%.

I'll PM you my referral in case you are interested.

Amex will give 25,000 points for $2k spend. Worth at least $250, some people might even say up to $500 (if they get just the right airline transfer).

Here is a link with details on another Amex offer. 0% APR for 15 months, $150 bonus after a $1,000 spend, plus 1.5% cash back on all purchases.

(This is not my referral - it's a link I got after a Google search. Looks like doughroller.net and cardratings.com will split the referral incentive.)

I can PM you a referral link for AMEX. Just make sure to check the terms of the offer vs the other AMEX offer posted above. I'm not sure if it includes the 0% or not.

Wells Fargo presently is offering 5% cash back on the first $12k of combined grocery, gas, and drugstore spending for the first 6 months plus 0% financing for the first 12 months on their Platinum Rewards card.  Full disclosure, I hit this card really hard twice when the spending bonus used to be uncapped and managed to fly under the radar, and am working on the capped bonus for my wife right now.  If you do the grocery spend right, you can easily walk with $600 cash and interest-free financing for a year.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
