I wanted to open a Vanguard mutual fund, but since im not a US resisdent nor citizen, Im not able to... but they told me I might be able to buy Vanguard shares through a broker.
So... which online broker would you recommend ? That is suitable for non US residents (I live in Argentina).
I was looking at
http://www.tradeking.com/ and
https://www.tdameritrade.com/home.page But donīt know if they are the ones to choose, because of their commisions and fees.
So... any suggestion ?
