Title: Attorney to prepare Living Trust and Will in SF Bay Area (South Bay, East Bay)

So I am at a stage where I have to be thinking about Wills, Trust and Legal guardianship etc. Anyone recommend an attorney to take care of that for me in Santa Clara/Sunnyvale/San Jose/Fremont/Milpitas/Newark/Hayward/Union City areas?


Also, what kind of fees should I expect?

I'm no lawyer, and cannot give advice on legal issues.  I am what a lawyer would call "a fool" because I choose to make a will on-my-own... with the help of the Quicken Willmaker book/software borrowed from the local library.  Best of luck.
