Anyone with experience using smartphone apps that "pay out"?

I read an article, but felt like there is always fine print with these apps.  Anyone have experience using these? Which ones are the best?

I've used Ibotta (similar apps I use are Checkpoints and Checkout51). I got really into it for a while, but it takes a very long time for it to build up. You need a $5 minimum before you can cash out, and I never end up reaching it. Ibotta has general products, like 'gallon of milk' or 'bunch of bananas' (no brand necessary) which is good. Not all supermarkets are included. It got to the point where I would scan through these before I went shopping to see if anything I was getting was included. It usually wasn't. I've stopped using them for the most part.

If you shop at Walmart, their savings checker is awesome.

Scan your reciept, if anyone else was advertising a lower price, you get the difference back.
