I can't tell your gender based on your post (maybe it doesn't matter), but my DVD rotation of lady workouts includes: yoga, kickboxing, and pilates. I like Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, but I've never got all the way through it. When I get bored with what I have at home, I find zumba and belly dancing videos on YouTube. I'm not terribly picky, which also helps with variety.
