Hi folks,
So long story short, I had a roofing company install a bathroom exhaust vent and duct work connection. They used tape to secure the duct to the vent. Sometime in the last three years the tape failed. My attic is a moldy disaster (oh, and heating the attic in winter is a bad idea... It makes water come in the house)
Roofer only offered to "help", whatever that means. So now I need a good tort lawyer, ideally with mold /construction experience.
Please let me know if you know one.
