I've been struggling with some account sync/importing errors for the past few months, have submitted the relevant support tickets, and have not gotten a response from support in over three months. Has anyone heard from PC support recently? I mostly like their re-design, but the errors in my net worth graph is making me a bit batty.

I submitted a suggestion last week and received a response from a seemingly real individual within a few hours.

Let me know when they respond to you. I submitted a ticket three days ago for password/syncing issues and haven't heard back yet.

Good timing. I added a request a few months ago and never heard back and now it's closed, and then added another one yesterday and haven't heard back.
If you look at their community page, NONE of them are commented on by their staff, NONE for like 5 months.
I tried using their live chat function in the"Planning" page and the agent never responded, and everytime I log in, my chat history is still there, but no response.
I've even googled this over the past few days. It's driving me crazy
