Any good bank/checking account sign up promotions?

I have benefited from a good number of bank/checking account sign up bonuses over the years and usually earn between $100-300 each sign up.
I wouldn't mind opening a new checking or savings account to use as a sweep account for bills and other non emergency fund related items and would love a good sign up for doing so.

Have you seen or signed up for any good promotions recently?
What have been some of the best ones from past years?

I got a card in the mail for this one with Nationwide and I've been debating doing it. It's "more work" than some but $200 for no cost if you jump through the hoops:

EDIT: Just noticed this link says "expired" - not sure if the card I got in the mail has this same expired offer or a newer version of the same.

Not a great one, but $50 for checking and $25 for savings with Capitol One 360 (formerly ING).  Referral link (I'd get $20, I think) - linky

I do like that the ATM card is usable all over fee free, and the few times I contacted customer service have been pleasant.

Chase Bank in my area will give you $300 to open a checking account with a direct deposit and $150 for a saving account with 10K.
