Any good 0% credit card offers?

A friend of mine wants to consolidate four CC into one 0% card.
I have a number of cards but never carry a balance so I'm not knowledgeable on current card offers.
Any recommendations?

Wells Fargo Cash Wise with $200 cash back after spending $1000/3 months. The intro APR for purchases and transfers is 0% for 12 months. I don't know what the balance transfer fee is, though.

To just consolidate then I would guess the rewards/signup bonuses are not a high priority and they would be looking for a 0%/low transfer fee and 0%/low rate on transfers.
Send them here

Since they are consolidating 4 cards onto one they should consider how long the transfers have 0% as well as if the card has an annual fee and how unpaid transfer balances are treated at the end of the introductory rate.

I found a Citi card with 18 month 0% and a US Bank for 20 months, both no annual fee and both have a 3% transfer fee which seems pretty standard.
