Homemade bacon emergency! Anyone know bacon?

I have 2 pork bellies curing in the fridge.  The ziploc holding one developed a hole and a decent bit of the pink salt/salt/pork juicy brine spilled out.  I can't save it and put it back in the bag.

If I don't have the right quantity of salt in the bottom of the bag, will I end up killing my family?

Can this be saved?  If so, how?

If you are going to smoke the bacon and then fry it after that, I wouldn't worry about it at all.  There aren't very many food borne illnesses in pork any more.  Between the salt, smoking, frying, and refrigeration, you'll be fine.
