Title: Amex MR points - best redemption options

Can someone educate me on the best redemption option(s) for AMEX MR points?  I have about 30,000 of them.  I discovered that a statement credit is not a good redemption value.  Travel redemption is not needed since I have a lot of Chase UR points already.  Thanks for any help!
