Title: Amazon Prime - pay for it with gift cards I've accumulated?
Post by: jeromedawg on January 15, 2016, 12:57:28 PM
Hey guys,

I'm planning to get in on Amazon Prime at the current $73 rate. Was wondering if I should fund it with all the gift cards I've accumulated (most of them 50% off from an Amex deal a while back) or if I should just pay with my Amazon Rewards Visa for "3% back" - what say you?

It's a great deal...if you are new to Prime.  Current subscribers aren't eligible for the discounted rate.  And no, you cannot pay for Prime with Amazon gift cards.

If applicable you can get your spouse to sign up instead

And no, you cannot pay for Prime with Amazon gift cards.
