The dip in the market today is strongly correlated to this announcement.  I think this is a great idea... is this partially due to Trump potentially getting rid of state lines when it comes to insurance?

Be aware this is a move to cut business expenses first and foremost. Expect them to roll it out to large employers to get economies of scale.
