Title: A+ Certification
Post by: historian on April 09, 2018, 06:20:12 AM
I'm working to get my A+ certifications and am wondering if any Mustachians have advice for practice tests.  The ones I see online cost almost as much as the real tests!

I would download the exam objectives from CompTIA and make sure you are confident you can perform all of the objectives. I would also get an old computer or two to practice on. Once you have done this, buy a study book that comes with practice questions at the end. If you do well on those and are confident about the objectives, you will probably do fine.

Thanks.  I have the Mike Meyer book and know most of the basics.  I just want to be a whole lot more confident going in once I spend the money on the tests.  It makes me nervous to drop $400 and not be at 1000% sure of passing.
