I've never had to worry about this before, but now that I am looking at maxing my 401(k) (Traditional and Roth) and IRA (Traditional or Roth), am I understanding that the contribution limits of $19.5k for 401(k) and $6.5k for IRA, are combined? i.e. I can contribute whatever % of funds to either Roth or Traditional, as long as both add up to 19.5k or 6.5k, respectfully? IOW, I cannot contribute $19.5k each, to a Traditional 401(k) and a Roth 401(k) in the same year, is this correct?
