Title: 3 season porch chairs
Post by: MgoSam on August 27, 2015, 10:10:49 AM
I just closed on my house a few weeks ago, it has a good view of a lake from my porch (screened in, 3 season) and I am trying to decide on chairs and a table for it. Anyone have any suggestions? I figure that now would be a good time to get some deals as it is towards the end of summer.

I see stuff like this pop up at my local Goodwill this time of year. People are looking to get rid of it rather than store it another season. Also, the big box stores seem to have a lot of mark downs at the end of season. In my area, we have Lowe's, HD, and Menard's. Also Big Lots and Ollie's seem to carry a lot of outdoor furniture.

Oh and if you have a Habitat for Humanity Restore nearby, check it out. The one near me always has stuff like this!

If you're not averse to DIY, you might want to do the benches in this thread, cost is 2x4's, fasteners, stain, and cushions:
