$10K debt relief question
« on: August 24, 2022, 01:26:35 PM »
I know this has just nearly been announced so details are still developing. My situation is I'm in graduate school now for an MBA. I have no debt and work is paying for some of the expense. Has anyone heard would the program be available to graduate students (I think so) and would I then be able to in theory obtain a $10K loan and immediately have it forgiven?

I think I read that the loans had originate on or before July 1, 2022.

"The White House said borrowers who took out federal loans by June 30 of this year are eligible for forgiveness. Loans taken out after that date won’t be eligible."
