... Wow. I usually refuse to buy boxed cereal because I consider it too expensive (I find that, per breakfast, it breaks even with making egg/cheese/spinach breakfast sandwiches, which keep in the freezer, heat in the microwave, and keep people feeling full for much longer). The idea of paying the same amount for a BOWL of cereal??! Are you kidding me?
Caveat: a friend recently pointed out that the advantage of boxed cereal is that a 5-year-old can make their OWN breakfast and let the parent sleep for an extra half hour, and that might be worth the cost of a box of cereal. Other than that, though... if you want cereal, in my house, you get oatmeal.
