I don't think they're all useless.  For instance, that touchless laser 'mouse' might be quite useful, since I'm currently limited to using one hand, and reaching from keyboard to mouse is causing muscle strain in the good arm.

It's definitely hard trying to operate both a keyboard and mouse with only one hand.

Hey, I gave my husband that book in his Christmas stocking! And it made him laugh, too!
