What we deny our children by not spending money like rich folk
« on: November 14, 2013, 01:44:48 PM »
http://www.slate.com/blogs/xx_factor/2013/11/14/nanny_consultants_the_new_york_times_reports_on_the_people_who_will_teach.html

Oh my! To think that those of us who save our money by not having consultants for our nannies are depriving our children of such vital things.

Thankfully the writer also realizes how absurd this is.

I swear NY Times trend pieces are written just to discourage people from ever moving to New York.

One thing the internet has taught me:  Everyone doesn't think like I do.  Everyone doesn't have common sense.

What I've learned is that I'm always right. ;-)

I always tell my wife that the "living like a rich person" articles in the Wall Street Journal make me want to build a guillotine.
