I didn't watch the video but I'm pretty sure the intent is to make fun of illiterate, obese, black women and has little to do with shark attacks.

Everyone has different interests.  I thought it was mildly entertaining, but it wasn't good enough to "share."

I'm sure the shark attack health risks due to swimming in the ocean are much higher than recording a video while driving and not looking at the road and being obese.
