That list of things you should not buy used basically covers everything I ever see at garage sales. So basically, the message is: just go to Walmart or Target and buy brand new, full price!

To the 2nd article: Gross, I would never buy used make up. And I would buy used glass baby bottles, but not plastic due to BPA. Otherwise, if I can sanitize it someway, either by washing machine, dishwasher or boiling it if it's meant to be in the house, I'm golden.

They have a combined income of $151,000 and can only manage to pay $7,000 in debt the first year out of their income?  That is so pathetically laughable.   They aren't trying very hard.
