My daughter and I were playing ball in the front yard this evening, and way down at the end of the block I see a gigantic, pristine, white
lifted Chevy Silverado.
It can't even make the corner because it's too big. Either that or the driver was incompetent. You could hear the thing before you could even see it. They turn around and obviously go around the block (you could still hear it) and now they're trying to come down the street from the other direction.
They make the turn this time, then with considerable effort parked along the curb. I watched as a woman emerged with a pizza carrying bag, obviously for delivery. She then proceeds to walk most of the way down the block to deliver the pizza.
She must not have thought she could make it down the street. I mean, the truck was laughably wide, but a decent driver should have been able to navigate it in a straight line.
