Overpriced cosmetics or investing in rare metals??

I was looking through some cosmetics online when some of them caught my eye. They clearly spell out AntiMustachian. I can't believe people pay so much for it!!

This stuff blows my mind.  If I was a woman into this stuff, I would walk into sephora every day on my way to/from work to use their free sample jars (2 fl oz for >$20??)

I'm embarrassed to say that my wife has actually used some La Prairie products over the last decade. They are apparently quite nice, and she uses so little at a time of that sort of thing that it lasts quite a long time.

We all have our splurges, i guess. Not very mustachian, though.

Dr. Albert Kligman, who was one of the inventors of Retin-A, said that the best moisturizer for dry skin was petrolatum. As in Vaseline. He also said that the best way to prevent wrinkles was to cover your skin. Wear long sleeves and a hat. I have been taking his advice for years and have found it quite satisfactory.

To answer the question, expensive cosmetics should hold their value better than rare metals. :)
