My husband just sent me this in an email
" In the first two days I've had it, I have charged over $2,500 on my new Chase Sapphire card. At this rate, I'll be in debt over $457,500 within a year. Or, if my spending keeps increasing the way it has ($400 the first day, $2,100 the second) I'll owe $3.7 x 10^23 by the end of the the month. That's over half a mole of dollars. I think I might need credit counselling help."
(OK. We actually got the credit card because we both just had surgery and figured we'd pay off the bills with a new card to get a sign on bonus. No actual debt or any interest will be accrued.)

Half a mole of dollars, lol love it.

Glad to see the surgeries left your sense of humor Intact! Speedy recovery wishes headed your way...

On his 100th day, my son weighed in at double his birth weight. He will equal the mass of the earth before he graduates from High School.

I'm well healed from my emergency c section, and despite the drama daughter needed no NICU time. She's happy as a clam at 10 weeks.
Husband doesn't muss the appendix at all and is doing well.

Make sure he answers the BMI poll.

That BMI poll will make him look like the guy who got into an SP500 prediction contest with a forecast for the Dow.

A few years ago we had a media scare about how the number of muslims in Norway was growing so rapidly that they were going to outnumber "us" in a few years. As a reply, this one guy looked at Icelanders moving to Norway; in 2009 we got 3749 of them, in 2011 that number had grown to 6022: a growth rate of 60%! That led to this graph: (https://www.indregard.no/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/islendinger20112099.png) In less than 100 years, there is going to be 6000 billion Icelanders in Norway!
