On the road the other day...
« on: July 24, 2012, 07:22:29 PM »
I am just getting depressed.

You know those borders around license plates?

People buy some that say "I'd rather be... fishing." or "I'd rather be... hunting." etc.

How about one that says "I'd rather be... shopping at Nordstroms."

Help me.

Googling that, it's apparently pretty common.

Sounds like the perfect gift for my sister.

I am a former teacher who accumulated a bunch of real estate, retired at 29, spent some time traveling the world full time and am now settled with three kids.
If you want to know more about me, this Business Insider profile tells the story pretty well.
I (rarely) blog at AdventuringAlong.com. Check out the Now page to see what I'm up to currently.

I agree. Just let them be. Besides, for all you know that person is a retired Mustachian who just really, really likes that particular store.

I wouldn't get in her face and tell her off or anything, I don't care about other people enough to do that. But it still bugs me.

No, I would wager not mustachian. Single driver in an SUV, from one of the "richest" counties in America (Johnson County, KS).

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
