Now THATS a good idea! Next time I will do a run-them-up and if asked what the hell I'm doing, I answer "saving gym money".
On the other hand, considering my knee problems, it's a damn stupid thing to do long enough that some gentleman from the store management comes. I propably need crutches by then.
