I can't believe they actually mentioned Robert Platt Bell in that article, implying that he downsized because he was teetering on the edge of financial ruin.  Nay, he downsized by choice, as he mentioned in a few articles on his blog (which has many similar themes to MMM!).  I'm sure he has quite sizable 'stache and could "retire" at any time he chooses to. I'd say he is "Mustachian," but his blog actually predates MMM by three years!
