I've owned or my mom/dad has owned while I lived at home bmw, Mazda, Toyota, Mercedes, ford, Chevy, Honda, Acura, Saab, and Subaru. Without a doubt, the best overall car I have driven was a beat up, 150k mile Lexus is250. If it had reasonable headroom my wife and I would be driving that instead of the Acura.

Lexus = losers

Lol, if that's how you feel about Lexus owners then you must have some really harsh opinions about other makes....

One of our cars is a paid off old Lexus RX with 175k on the odometer. It's one of the smoothest, most reliable cars I've driven, and the mechanic agrees. I hope I can see 300k before it dies.

2007 RX350 with almost 160k miles here.

Parents Previous rides -
2000 ES300 - Got rid of it after 230k miles. One transmission replacement. No other major/minor issues.
1996 ES300 - Got rid of around 225k miles. Only real "issue" - the power windows stopped working as good. No other major/minor issues.

They are Toyota's with small helping of luxury.
