I wouldn't buy it, but I can't imagine that is quick to make. It's not like a machine is spitting them out.

No different than buying any other piece of art. Just this one you could eat.

Looking at the picture I figured it was egg sized. But for 5 kg, it actually doesn't seem so bad. I have no idea how much quality chocolate costs per gram, but it looks like $15-25/lb from a quick google search. 11 pounds (5 kg) at $250 just seems like a bulk "gourmet" chocolate purchase.
