http://www.stltoday.com/lifestyles/tax-refund-season-means-it-s-tattoo-time/article_33e48b90-0d4a-53ed-b752-c9c41f31e82f.html
Does this qualify as buying memories/experiences?
(personally, I've been holding off getting a tattoo--I'm still considering a life a crime and don't want any additional identifying marks)
