Brand name only please (It's for the children's sake)

I don't even have words to describe how insane this is. I feel bad for Kaylyn; she had a long, difficult and probably expensive road ahead of her.

I love the Deepak Chopra quote at the bottom of her email: "The more boundless your vision, the more real you are."

To quote Helen Lovejoy: Won't somebody please think of the children?

Any person who believes that brand name is undeniably better than store brand is a fool.

For example, Kroger make excellent cookies that taste much better than "Chips Ahoy" (more in package and has more chocolate in their cookies).

More chocolate defeats the purpose of Chips Ahoy, in which you are a chocolate pirate searching for sweet morsels.  After months at sea, when you finally sea a chip, you shout "chips ahoy!"  If it was easy to find the chips, it wouldn't be any fun.

LOL! I'll never think of Chips Ahoy the same again.

Yes, I'm a cookie monster. In fact it's the main unhealthy thing that I eat, but I try to limit myself to weekends.

Key word is try. -_-

I'm surprised they are sending her to daycare, since the "real" product would be a parent.

Now what exactly is unhealthy about e.g. my home made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies?  Whole wheat flour, real butter, oatmeal, coconut, dark chocolate (which has been shown to have numerous health benefits)...

As I mentioned I bought Storebrand cookies, which I know aren't healthy at all.

Now that you mention it thought, I'll start making my own cookies, since I can get them without going to the store. I dont like coconut much though.

Coconut is not necessary.  I like it, but tastes differ.  For variety, try adding cinnamon or cardamom, or the grated rind from a couple of oranges...
