Wondering what others have heard as the most expensive cable bill, either at work, in public, from friends or family, or (gasp!) that they themselves pay.
Coworker of mine recently called to see if he could get a lower rate than $250 he was paying (!). He was proud of himself for talking it down to $140. Obviously he has every sports package known to man, along with every premium HBO/Starz/Cinemax/etc. BTW, this is for a dish, so this DOES NOT include internet or home phone (off topic, who even uses a home phone?). $140 for only the TV. $40 of this is from equipment charges on 4 boxes (only 2 people in the house...).
So short story, highest price I've heard of someone paying for TV-only is $250 (technically now $140).
