It turns out that the dog walking craigslist ad is plagiarized -

The original author posted it on the New York City Craigslist four years ago when he was broke and desperate. It seems he was actually willing to walk dogs, but got no offers.
The new poster put it up on the Seattle Craigslist as a joke and says he's received dozens of inquiries for dog walking.
I think this goes to show that rich people in Seattle have more of a sense of humor than rich people in New York.
