I read this in my local paper this morning in the letters to the editor section. Spend your new found money on cell phone plans and candy!

Colorado-- now there's a state that legalized pot. Quite possibly the legislators have been partaking of it too. Let's not judge.

I'm slightly amused that they're conflating earnings with income.  Your earnings haven't changed at all...you just get to keep a little more of it.

For now, anyway.
