I read this in my local paper this morning in the letters to the editor section. Spend your new found money on cell phone plans and candy!

She should really be warning people to save those dollars, because they're gonna need em when Medicare and Social Security are slashed.

Colorado-- now there's a state that legalized pot. Quite possibly the legislators have been partaking of it too. Let's not judge.

I'm slightly amused that they're conflating earnings with income.  Your earnings haven't changed at all...you just get to keep a little more of it.

For now, anyway.
