Ah, the pinnacle of vanity plates.

(IIRC, UAE actually doesn't get that much money from oil production.  Their Qatari neighbors to the west, however...)

Ah yes. Such a simple man, as he describes himself.  His argument that it's actually a form of voulentary tax did make a strange sort of sense...
