I have a colleague that unfortunately has a crappy set of 401k options that does not include anything from vanguard and is custodianed through Merrill Lynch
Several of the funds expense rations are well over 1.00% BOOOOOOOOO
However, they do have one fund that supposed approximates the S&P500 or Russell 1000 (it actually says both depending on where you look on the website) called BLACKROCK EQUITY INDEX NON LENDABLE FUND (CLASS S Shares) symbol BESST
The expense ration is .24%. Anyone know anything about this fund? What I read about it didn't give me much details on what it specifically modeled, but it is only 1 year old so curious if any of y'all have the same fund option and are more educated on it than I.
