Competitive powerlifter so MWTh evenings and Saturday mornings are set aside for training. I like to do cardio on Sunday when possible with mountain bike or pushing a sled.

Sure I could probably increase my income a lot if I dedicated that time to something income-producing, but to me the point of mustachianism is to make the necessary choices so we CAN do what we like.

Nice, have you done any competitions yet?

I am following a basic powerlifting program, not with any plans to compete. My plans are simply to not be a weak little bitch.

I bike to work every day I go into the office, so that's 12km of biking a 3 - 4 days a week. Beyond that, me and my fiancee are currently training for a 5k run, so we run about 5k every other day or so as part of couch to 5k, and that will probably grow larger once we stop sucking so hard at running (I ran casually a few years ago, but this most recent attempt started about a month ago). Usually we aim to go for a run at dusk, so I'll get home from work and catch my breath from my commute for 20 minutes before going for the run.

Other than that I've always been fond of hitting the gym at about 9 - 9:30 in the evening. It's relatively quiet, I can get my workout done reasonably quickly, and I tend to be more awake then than in the morning.

Triathlete so I work out a lot.

Normal schedule:

M-F.
Workout #1 Before work. (MWF Swim, Tu Thur Run)
Workout #2 either lunchtime or between work and supper. (MWF Run, Tu Thur Bike)

Saturday
Long bike usually in the evening. Will go morning if it is going to rain later or such.

Sunday
Long run usually in the evening. Will go morning if too hot.

Anything after supper is a nogo for me, I have no energy to do it!  But before work vs lunch.. not a huge difference. I think before work is a tiny bit better as I feel more awake during work hours...

I did one back in 2011, but then I had a shoulder injury so I just took a few years off, lifted semi-heavy and stayed in shape. I started back up last fall and am going to be doing one in a couple of months
