- Cube it and use it in place of cooked ground beef in recipes (taco filling, chili, or on top of nachos)
- Cube it and put it over pasta with pasta sauce
- Throw it in a crock-pot and make a version of pulled pork.
- add it to various soups
- cut it up and use it as a filling in wraps, pitas, or spring rolls (along with whatever other fillings you think would be tasty)!
- use as a topping for baked beans (or, put on top of beans on toast)
And, if you're not using it, save the bone (if there is one) for stock for soup.
