Let's see:
Wake up at 3:30 on gym days or 4:30 on non-gym days. Gym days are dictated by my level of pain which, unfortunately, has been very high lately, so they have been few and far between.
Shower and get dressed for work by 5:40. On non-gym days, that gives me about an hour of reading time. At the gym, I listen to audio books or podcasts.
Eat breakfast, feed and play with dog, pack lunch, and read newspaper by 6:30.
Get to work by 7:00.
Read work e-mails, review lessons and materials as needed, meet with students, make copies as needed, update grades, grade essays, etc. by 7:50.
Teach 7:50-2:40.
Meetings, after-school tutorials 3-4:00 3x/week. Doctor appts or go straight home other two.
4/5-6: Quality time with husband and dog. :)
Go to bed early because it's the only time I sleep. No matter what, I will be awake from about midnight to three am.
Weekends: The same except that during work hours I read, socialize, do chores if my body allows, write, grade as needed, grocery shop, meal prep, go to the theater, deal with week's mail. Sometimes I teach or attend trainings/conferences.
Things I want to change:
I would like to meditate daily (I could do this while awake in the middle of the night).
I would like to find some exercise I can do when my joint pain is absurdly high.
Written out like this, it may sound boring, but you have to understand I have the most exciting, rewarding, and challenging job I could ever imagine, so it's really quite fun. :) I also have chronic pain, fatigue, and brain fog, so it's important I don't overschedule myself. I can always add more on good days.
