They touched on it briefly, but it's still amazing to me what a difference in mindset I have.  If I have to run errands and do it by car, it feels like a chore.  If instead I do the same errands by bike, it's a fun way to spend the afternoon.

My brother pedaled his way to work every day. He lived near Kensington & Grider and worked at the city hall as the Buffalo City budget director. (I think he set a good example for the money spenders there. ) He rolled his bike in his office every day. He did this winter and summer, didn't matter to him. Made him tough. So the video struck a familiar chord with me. Thanks for posting.
