So I'm a big dumb idiot and I thought I was purchasing tickets directly through the ticket office at a venue and actually purchased tickets through "Ticket Office" which is a ticket re seller similar to price line where you pay a set price for a ticket in a certain section and find out your seats the day of the event.
It seems from online research that these tickets are often more expensive but it seems most people get some kind of ticket. Has anyone ever dealt with this organization? The website states no refunds. Do I have any other course of actions?
