Sweet, mine (Direct Loan consolidated) are currently at 2.33% and now set to fall further:

This is only for new loans. Are you still issuing loans or is there some sort of variable piece when you consolidate loans?

You're getting a great deal at 2.33%. No other unsecured retail credit in the world is that cheap.
